OrthoCreations Orthodontic Lab offers custom-made mouthguards in three different thicknesses for different ages and levels of contact sport. The thickness of the mouthguard you need depends on the level of play and the potential for contact, not on the size of the mouth.
StarGuard Junior Sports Mouthguard: Thinnest material due to less impact/contact. Sports mouthguard recommended for children who primarily have ‘baby’ teeth. Not recommended for children over age 8. Prices start at$38
StarGuard Varsity Sports Mouthguard: Medium thickness. Sports mouthguard recommended for sports that are typically low contact, such as soccer, softball, baseball, basketball, volleyball, cycling, in-line skating, martial arts, and skateboarding. Prices start at $48
StarGuard Pro Sports Mouthguard: Maximum thickness. Sports mouthguard recommended for high contact sports, such as ice hockey, football, boxing, lacrosse and field hockey. Prices start at $58
