Obtaining a good impression of your teeth is the first critical step in fabricating a custom StarGuard Mouthguard that provides the best fit and the best protection for you. To arrange to have your impression taken, pick the option below that’s best for you!
NOTE: The Impression Nights and the Mobile Laboratory services are available only within a specific geographical area in the States of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont.
To better serve customers outside of New England, StarGuard Mouthguard is in the process of packaging a Self-Impression Kit. In the meantime, contact your local dentist, or contact a dental school, to ask if they would be willing to take impressions for you and your team. The impressions can be mailed to StarGuard Mouthguard for custom fabrication. See the Mouthguard FAQ’s page for how to mail a case.
Option 1: HOME Impression Night
A FREE custom sports mouthguard for the host
and a $5 discount per personThe host invites 4 or more friends, family or teammates to their home. We arrange for a Certified Dental Technician to arrive at the home to take all of the impressions. Order forms are completed and payment received at this time. The mouthguards are fabricated and delivered within 3 – 5 business days, unless there is a need to get them sooner.

Option 2: MOBILE LABORATORY dispatched to a TEAM/SCHOOL location
A FREE custom sports mouthguard for the team organizer
and each team member gets a $10 TEAM discount (minimum of 4)Our fully stocked mobile laboratory will arrive at a team practice or can set up in a gym. Order forms are completed and payment received at this time. Our Certified Dental Assistant is experienced in taking impressions in about 10 minutes per person. The mouthguards are fabricated and delivered within 3 – 5 business days, unless there is a need to get them sooner.
*The mobile laboratory can set up at school or a tournament as a fundraiser for the TEAM.

Option 3: Monitor the website for dates and locations of the Mobile Laboratory
Each month the mobile laboratory will be
set up at a specific locationA scheduled date and time will be posted on www.starguardmouthguards.com. In order to set an appointment time, access the “Order a StarGuard Mouthguard” tab and enter your information. Note the comment section with the date and time that you would like to attend. The office will contact you to confirm the appointment.
