Our Team
Kevin Decoteau ~ President/Owner
Kevin is a Certified Laboratory Technician with 11 years of experience. Prior to opening his own lab, Kevin worked as an Operation Manager in a high-volume in-house laboratory. Kevin fully understands the need for high quality appliances that require little or no adjustment to reduce valuable “chair time”.
Michele Decoteau ~ VP Sales and Marketing
Michele has recently joined the OC Team as VP of Sales and Marketing. Michele has provided over 15 years of Extraordinary Customer Service and Quality for Fortune 500 companies. She brings extensive experience in building customer relationships, excellent communication skills, process improvements, attention to detail and Quality and Training to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
Our Technicians
Our Lab Technicians have a variety of experience, from 13 years as a Certified Dental Technician to new technicians who are in the certification process with ongoing training and classes. The classes keep our technicians current with new technologies.
